Model Construction Corp began in 2022 with a straightforward idea: construction clients should know who is responsible for coordinating their project. The company is administered directly by its owners, who manage the business, communicate with clients and oversee the planning and execution of the work.
That involvement matters because construction decisions are connected. Measurements affect product orders. Plans affect permits. Permits affect scheduling. Existing conditions affect scope and cost. Keeping those conversations connected gives clients a clearer path from the initial consultation through final completion.

Our role is to keep the project organized. We coordinate schedules, documentation, inspections, field conditions, quality expectations and client communication according to the contracted scope.
